Hospice By The Sea Bereavement Support Groups help people adjust to life without a loved one. In a safe and caring atmosphere, feelings and coping skills are explored, information is shared and self-esteem is enhanced. All groups are led by professional counselors.

SHARING THE LOSS – Spousal
A group specifically designed for the loss of a spouse, companion or partner.

Mondays 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Wednesdays 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

SHARING THE LOSS - Spousal - Part 2

Providing additional emotional support for participants who have already attended
Sharing the Loss.

Thursdays 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

COPING WITH PARENTAL LOSS IN ADULTHOOD

A group designed specifically for adult children who have lost a parent. Topics will include normal grief, phases of adjustment and other issues relating to the loss of a parent.

Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

“CARING TOUCH”
A Support Group for Children ages 8 – 11 years old and their Parents/Guardians
Children and parents are assisted with their grief and coping skills.

Thursdays 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

BABY LOSS GROUP – Pre and Post Natal Loss
A group for parents who have lost a baby.

Fridays 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

CAMP GOOD GRIEF
A weekend Bereavement Camp for children ages 6 – 13 years of age who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Held 3 times a year, Fall, Winter, & Spring.
