Directions To Boca Raton Location Hospice
By The Sea From I-95, exit on Palmetto Park Road, and head east in the left travel lane about ¼ mile to the traffic light at Palmetto Square (K-Mart) Shopping Plaza. Make a U-turn at the light and move into the far right turning lane. Turn onto the service road and then turn left following the service road to the end where you will see a sign for Hospice By The Sea and Mae Volen Senior Center. Turn right at the sign, then take your first left. The main entrance will be to your right and the night and weekend entrance will be to your left. From Federal Highway (US1), head west to just past the entrance to the Palmetto Square (K-Mart) Shopping Plaza. The service road entrance is about 100 feet past the intersection – turn right then bear left onto the service road. Go to the end, turn right at the Hospice and Mae Volen sign then take the first left into Hospice By The Sea. |
