Personalized Patient Care

Our dedicated team works around-the-clock to provide the most advanced home healthcare services. We work closely with physicians and family members to assess our patients and monitor their progress. For our patients and families, that means receiving personalized care in familiar and comfortable surroundings.

HomeCare By The Sea offers service to adult patients, covering a comprehensive range of illnesses which may include, but is not limited to: Heart Disease, Cancer, Chronic Pain, HIV/AIDS, Endstage Renal Disease, Endstage Diabetes, Anemias, Chronic Pulmonary Diseases.

l RN Case Management services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
l On-call services covered by a full-time HomeCare By The Sea employee - no nswering service.
l Life transitioning to hospice care, available as needed.
l Home Infusion, including: TPN, Hydration, Antiviral, Antiobiotic, Pain Management, Dobutamine Therapy.
l RN, LPN, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapists and Home Health Aides are a significant part of our HomeCare team.
l Bereavement Counselors and Medical Social Workers assist patients and family members with special needs.

Reimbursement

Our experienced staff will assist with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care companies, private-pay and private/commercial insurance on your behalf. Beginning with the first telephone call, we will work with your physician’s office to determine your special needs.

Criteria for Medicare or Medicaid Coverage

l The patient must be homebound
l There is a need for intermittent skilled care
l Medical orders given by the patient’s own Florida-licensed physician
